The point of your experiment is to test Cultural Theory in some form or another (details will be provided in class). Your paper should describe (1) the literature (typically one article or book), (2) your hypothesis, (3) your experimental design, (4) your experimental execution, (5) your experimental results, and (6) your conclusion. Motivate your hypothesis. Discuss tradeoffs in the design and snags in the execution. You are required to display your results in the form of a table or graph. You will be graded not based on whether your hypothesis was proven right, but whether it is an interesting hypothesis; whether your experimental design and execution are appropriate for testing the hypothesis; whether you did a good job writing up your experimental results; and whether your conclusion is insightful.
